EUGENE WATER AND ELECTIC BOARD
The EWEB operations center, warehouse and fleet buildings are constructed with 128 tilt-up panels consisting of 100,000 sq. ft. of concrete, 26,000 sq. ft. of form liner surfaces and 10 miles of chamfer edges. 9,500,000 lbs. of concrete was lifted into place on this project.
THE MERIDIAN
THE MERIDIAN project is a six-story, Medical/Professional class A office building located at the corner of Mission & Commercial Streets in Salem, Oregon.The Meridian's upper levels are home to Salem's most exclusive, owner-occupied, Luxury Condominium Residences. The 6 stories of cast-in-place, post-tension concrete, consists of 11,000 cubic yards of concrete for 234,000 square feet of slab, 39,000 square feet of walls and 5,300 lineal feet of column.
THE CASEY CONDOS
THE CASEY CONDOS is a 16 story condominium tower with 4 floors of parking below street level, is an exciting new addition to the Pearl District of downtown Portland.
THE ALLISON
THE ALLISON is a 85-room country estate-style inn, timeless in design and rising from a gentle hill in northeast Newberg, Oregon, will provide the most luxurious accommodations in the Willamette Valley's famed pinot noir wine region.The development, to include 1,200 homes and a retail village, will be built over a decade. The inn, spa, restaurant and conference center are the first components and will open in late spring 2009.
LOVEJOY BLOCK ONE
LOVEJOY BLOCK ONE, "Mixed Use" complex is located in downtown Portland, Oregon. This 325,000 square foot, pre-cast structure has a Safeway Grocery Store on the first 2 floors, 4 floor parking structure and 3 floors of office space on top.
